Return Policy

Any return requests must be reported to Phenix by the distributor within (10) calendar days from receipt of order to be eligible for a full product refund. Requests for returns or exchanges after ten (10) calendar days may incur a 20% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted thirty (30) or more calendar days after receipt of product.

NOTE: Customer-initiated warranty claims with Phenix may require proof of purchase to ensure the product was purchased from an authorized Phenix distributor.

Products containing custom items will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. See below for a list of custom items that may be ineligible for a return or exchange.

 

First Due helmets containing any of the following are considered to be a custom item:

  • D-ring
  • Name rocker
  • Side rocker
  • Reflective lettering*
  • Identifire safety products
  • Helmet models with specially-requested reduced brim

*For eligible helmets containing reflective lettering installed on outer magnet panels, a return will be accepted for the helmet itself but not the custom outer magnets with reflective lettering

 

TL-2 helmets containing any of the following are considered to be a custom item:

  • Custom color (any color except Black, Flat Black, White, Yellow, Fire Red, or Blue)
  • Custom paint pattern
  • Natural finish
  • Name stamp
  • Laser engraving
  • Flip Down Eye Shield

 

TC-1 helmets containing any of the following are considered to be a custom item:
  • Custom color (any color except Black, White, Yellow, Red, or Blue)
  • Flip Down Eye Shield
  • Name rocker

 

Collectibles containing any of the following are considered to be a custom item:
  • Custom color
  • Antiqued white finish
  • Natural finish
  • ID shield
  • Leather bucket with a decal

 

Extra parts that are considered to be a custom item:
  • Reflective lettering
  • Name rocker
  • Side rocker
  • Identifire safety products
  • ID shield
  • Decal for a leather bucket

 

NOTE: It is the Distributor’s responsibility to inform their customer of custom items prior to any sale. All items must be in new/unused condition to be considered eligible for a return or exchange. Any products modified by the user will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
